I have done some more internet browsing and realised that there is a large amount of celebrities with pixie haircuts!

Doubts and Christmas dinner

I haven't always been self conscious however, recently I am feeling less and less confident in my appearance.

I have good days and bad days.. today was an alright day.. my hair is still falling out at a rapid pace, (apparently this is due to stress) and the dead ends are ready to be gone! Is it just me or whenever you have a bad hair day the rest of you just seems to follow suit?

As if I haven't got enough to deal with! My hair does whatever it feels like and it's unbending will is becoming impossible therefore I just give up on the rest of my appearance, I put on a beanie and a scarf which then covers up most of my face and head out. The reason why today was an alright day is because my now newly washed hair is behaving!!!

I have been tieing and pinning up my hair so that when I do get my hair cut it won't feel as strange!

I'm on my way out to a festive carvery for a christmas meal! I am wearing a vintage jumper that I found in a charity shop for £3!! BARGAIN. My normal hairstyle is a quiff and will hopefully try and repeat this when my hair's cut!!

They're all a more long pixie cut and I just love the way it frames these models faces. Hopefully it'll suit me!

Unlike these beautiful models I do have a more round face and I think this is what the main worry for me is! However, I do always wear my hair up and surely this will be a similar look? I'm just desperate for a change from my old mid-length hair. 

17 days before the cut.

As a woman with thin hair have decided to take drastic steps and will be getting my hair cut into a longish/shortish pixie cut. I am joining 2013 with a new start and a new me.

I have always been one of those people who cries when they get even an inch cut off, however, I have given myself a mental slap and will be doing this. So if anyone's interested I'll be documenting pretty much everything about it. So enjoy.
